Refunds

• All sales are final – no refunds.


• You can exchange your purchases within 7 days accompanied by an original sales receipt and Nathuu packaging.


• Clothes can only be exchanged if un-worn and must have the original tags on.


• Your exchange can be coordinated via Instagram direct messages, or you can call us at +92 300 0135 555 between 10 am to 5 pm,        Monday to Saturday.


• You can only make a claim for damaged merchandise within 2 days of purchase.


• Claims and exchanges may take up to 2 weeks to be processed.
